Penske, Hedin won't put offer in for Pendragon
<p>Publicly traded auto retailer Penske Automotive Group said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that it, in partnership with Sweden's Hedin Mobility Group, does not intend to make an offer for Pendragon's dealership and fleet businesses. Lithia Motors Inc. this week significantly upped its offer to acquire the U.K. retailer.</p>
