<p>A Ventura, Calif., dealership remains on the hook for a $4 million jury verdict arising from a fatal accident caused by a sales manager who was rushing to the store on his day off to close a deal. The California Courts of Appeals unanimously rejected the argument that Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram shouldn't be held liable because employee Aaron Lane was commuting to his job.</p>
