Tesla sued by U.S. civil rights agency for race discrimination at Calif. plant

<p>Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in a lawsuit Tesla subjected Black workers “to severe or pervasive racial harassment” and alleged Tesla unfairly retaliated against workers who complained.</p>
